PDP: Okorocha’s Victory At Tribunal Is Miscarriage of Justice

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Imo West has rejected the ruling of the election petition tribunal on the March 9, 2019 senatorial election in the area. The party described the ruling as unacceptable, miscarriage of justice and a rape on democracy. Labour Party withdraws case against Abiodun at Supreme Court

The Labour Party has withdrawn its election petition appeal against the victory of the Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, at the Supreme Court. DAILY POST learnt that the Labour Party and counsel to Abiodun have decided to settle for an alternative dispute resolution. The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, on Tuesday, took his agitation for the actualization of a Sovereign State called Biafra to the European Union parliament.
