Court fixes April 22 for judgment in trader’s suit against Saraki, Atiku, Obi for Unauthorised use of photos.

A Federal High Court in Lagos Tuesday, fixed April 22, for Judgment in a suit filed by a Lagos-based trader, Mrs Amudat Adeleke, against former Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki over alleged unauthorized use of her picture on campaign billboards. Saraki was the Director-General of the Atiku Abubakar Campaign Organisation for the 2019 General Elections. Also joined in the suit FHC/L/CS/193/19, are the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Abubakar who was the party’s presidential flag bearer, and his running mate, Mr Peter Obi. Human rights lawyer, Mr. Femi Falana (SAN), on Monday said arrangements have been concluded to file a case this week to seek the immediate removal of the nation’s service chiefs based on the expiration of their tenure.
